Job Descriptions:
- Assist in resolving employee IT support requests.
- Answering employee questions regarding computer systems.
- Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Set up accounts for office users.
- Repair and replace equipment as necessary.
- Assist in providing cyber security awareness training to employees.
- Assist in monitoring, updating, and reviewing IT policy in accordance to Internal Audit requirement.
