Store Keeper cum Office Maintenance

Store Keeper Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory.

- Track and record all stock movements.

- Conduct regular stock checks and audits.

- Reorder supplies as necessary to maintain stock levels.

2. Receiving and Inspecting Goods:

- Receive and inspect all incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.

- Verify the quantity and quality of received goods.

- Properly document and store received goods.

3. Storage Organization:

- Organize and store items in a systematic manner.

- Ensure that the storage area is clean, organized, and free of hazards.

- Label and tag inventory items for easy identification and retrieval.

4. Issuing Stock:

- Prepare and issue stock to departments or individuals as requested.

- Record all issued items accurately.

5. Record Keeping:

- Maintain detailed and accurate inventory records.

- Update inventory software or databases regularly.

- Prepare and submit regular inventory reports.

Office Maintenance Responsibilities:

1. General Maintenance:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, repairing minor plumbing issues, and fixing equipment.

- Report major repairs to the appropriate maintenance service.

2. Cleaning and Upkeep:

- Ensure that the office environment is clean and well-maintained.

- Oversee cleaning staff or perform cleaning duties as required.

3. Facility Management:

- Monitor and maintain office facilities including HVAC, electrical systems, and other utilities.

- Coordinate with external service providers for repairs and maintenance.

4. Safety and Security:

- Ensure that safety protocols are followed within the office and storage areas.

- Conduct regular safety inspections and address potential hazards.

- Manage security measures, such as ensuring doors are locked and security systems are functioning.

5. Supplies Management:

- Monitor and manage office supplies, including stationery and cleaning supplies.

- Place orders for office supplies as needed to prevent shortages.

6. Support Services:

- Assist with setting up and organizing office events and meetings.

- Provide general support to office staff as needed, such as moving furniture or setting up equipment.
