- Files documents and responds to employees’ inquiries.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- To provide support in any company events, training program and staff engagement activities.
- Assist in any other administrative tasks such as arrange staff lunch, replenish pantry, schedule maintenance of office equipment.
- Perform any ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Preferably candidates who are pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business studies/ Administration/ Management, Human Resources Management, or any relevant field
- Third and final-year students are encouraged to apply
- Meticulous with a good level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Team player with a positive attitude and a great spirit of teamwork
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
