HR Admin Intern

  • Assist in HR operations including but not limited to recruitment, maintain personnel records etc.
  • Files documents and responds to employees’ inquiries.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • To provide support in any company events, training program and staff engagement activities.
  • Assist in any other administrative tasks such as arrange staff lunch, replenish pantry, schedule maintenance of office equipment.
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Preferably candidates who are pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business studies/ Administration/ Management, Human Resources Management, or any relevant field
  • Third and final-year students are encouraged to apply
  • Meticulous with a good level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a great spirit of teamwork
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
