Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end tender process, including bid strategy, preparation, and submission.
  • Analyze tender documents, specifications, and contracts to ensure thorough understanding of project requirements.
  • Develop cost estimates and pricing strategies for accurate and competitive bids.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as design, procurement, and operations to gather necessary inputs for tender submissions.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with tenders to protect company interests.
  • Negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants to optimize cost efficiency.
  • Ensure timely submission of all required documents in compliance with tender requirements.
  • Manage tender presentations, clarifications, and post-tender negotiations with clients.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of tendering activities for future reference and audits..

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Civil, Building, Engineering, Management, or similar.
  • Construction estimating or finance experience is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
  • Great networking abilities.
  • Have experience with JKR or government project especially road construction & infrastructure.
  • Good knowledge on JKR & local authority’s specifications, standards & requirements.
  • Preferably with working experience in related fields with minimum 3-4 years of experience.
  • Committed to work and willing to work extra time when required.
  • Self-motivated and possess the ability to work independently as well as able to work with others as a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
