Responsibilities:
- General administrative duties inclusive of handling and screening telephone call, attend to visitors, sort & distribute incoming correspondence and maintain general contact list.
- Maintain and coordinate office equipment and office supply inventories.
- Manage & coordinate dispatch works.
- Monitoring daily cleaning services duties.
- Manage attendance record inclusive of updating leave record, time attendance & manage the door access system unit.
- Coordinate hotel reservation when required.
- Sourcing for general vendors and quotations for general office requirement.
- Provide administrative support for HR Executives.
- Assist recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes.
- Performs other related
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Administration or equivalent.
- Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software.
- Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
