Responsibilities:

  • General administrative duties inclusive of handling and screening telephone call, attend to visitors, sort & distribute incoming correspondence and maintain general contact list.
  • Maintain and coordinate office equipment and office supply inventories.
  • Manage & coordinate dispatch works.
  • Monitoring daily cleaning services duties.
  • Manage attendance record inclusive of updating leave record, time attendance & manage the door access system unit.
  • Coordinate hotel reservation when required.
  • Sourcing for general vendors and quotations for general office requirement.
  • Provide administrative support for HR Executives.
  • Assist recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes.
  • Performs other related

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Administration or equivalent.
  • Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software.
  • Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.
  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
