Admin Assistant cum Legal Clerk
Job Purpose
To support managers, other employees, and office visitors by handling the variety of tasks to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive includes making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports, minute's taking, and maintaining appropriate filling systems.
Administration & Receptionist
1. Ensuring daily administration of paperwork such filling, photocopying, utilities billing, invoices, typing binding, scanning etc.
2. Monitoring all office equipment maintenance monthly schedule.
3. Responsible in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies and refreshment.
4. To liaise with dispatch and courier services for outbound document.
5. Responsible to prepare, record, compile, transcribe and distribute weekly and management minutes of meetings.
6. To monitor and follow up company & cafeteria license expiry status.
7. Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
8. To manage company car in term of inspection, maintenance, road tax and daily usage.
9. Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on telephone.
10. Answer, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls.
11. Redirect calls as appropriate and take adequate message when required.
12. Handle customer inquiries.
13. Receiving, sorting and distributing daily mail or deliveries.
14. Manage reception and lobby areas tidy & clean.
15. Assist in booking and arranging of meeting rooms.
16. Maintain directory contract.
17. Responsible to update and send reminders regarding meeting room booking and upcoming appointments.
Legal Clerk
18. To assist Legal and Corporate Services Department in preparing legal documentations.
19. To be responsible for overall administrative, clerical and operational duties.
20. Liaising with client, tenants on matter related to legal, efficiently.
21. Drafting and Preparing minutes of meeting whenever necessary.
22. Perform other task assigned by superior from time-to-time

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
