Documentation & Reporting: • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and reports. • Prepare project status reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders. • Ensure proper filing and organization of all project-related documents for easy retrieval. Risk & Issue Management: • Identify and escalate potential risks and issues to the PMO Manager for resolution. • Support the implementation of risk mitigation strategies as directed by the PMO Manager. • Monitor and report on the status of project risks and issues. Resource Coordination: • Assist in allocating and tracking project resources, including personnel, tools, and materials. • Collaborate with team members to ensure resource availability and efficient utilization. • Monitor project budgets and expenses, providing updates to the PMO Manager. Quality Assurance: • Support the PMO Manager in ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. • Conduct basic checks on project deliverables to identify errors or inconsistencies. • Provide feedback to project teams to improve processes and outcomes. Stakeholder Engagement: • Act as a liaison between project teams, departments, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication. • Respond to stakeholder inquiries and provide updates on project progress as required. • Support the PMO Manager in maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
