
HR and Admin Officer (IMMEDIATE HIRING)
Responsibility & Accountability:
1) Involve in recruitment activities, interview, and conduct orientation to new employee and foreign workers administration (work permit, hostel arrangement, repatriation etc.).
2) Manage employee records, maintain attendance, and handle leave applications.
3) To assist of training and development activities and up-dating of the employee training record.
4) Foreign staff management includes processing of pass activities, renewal, medical check-up, insurance plans, staff welfare and managing Government portals related to foreign employment.
5) Responsible to follow-up incoming / outgoing documents related to Admin / Human Resource on timely basis such as quotation, invoices, and bills etc.
6) Monitor and manage office supplies, including ordering and inventory control.
7) Maintain and update employee records, office filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring that records are accurate and confidential.
Competency Requirement
- Education : Diploma or Degree in HR or other related field.
- Experience :3 years and above of experience.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
