Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated HR Admin to manage essential HR and administrative tasks independently. This role requires a well-rounded individual with the skills to handle HR functions, maintain employee records, and manage daily administrative responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment process, from posting job ads to coordinating interviews and managing candidate selection.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
  • Conduct onboarding for new employees and manage the offboarding process.
  • Process payroll, track attendance, and manage leave records.
  • Implement and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.
  • Organize employee training, engagement activities, and HR events.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries on HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
  • Handle various administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
