Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand and fulfill staffing needs.
- Manage conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures when necessary.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives.
- Review and recommend salary structures and benefits programs.
- Drive organizational change and culture development efforts.
- Identify training needs and create programs to develop employee skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5-8 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
- Leadership and people management skills.
- Mandarin speaker preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Able to handle problem independently
- Possess own transport

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
