Megi Ketam Bistro is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. This role requires strong leadership and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Operations Management

  • Supervise and coordinate all restaurant departments: kitchen, food prep, table service, cashier, and cleaning.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations from opening to closing.
  • Monitor cleanliness, order, and compliance with health & safety standards.

2. Team Supervision & Training

  • Lead, train, and schedule front-line staff (kitchen crew, servers, cashiers).
  • Ensure all team members understand and follow SOPs, service guidelines, and safety protocols.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback for improvement.

3. Quality Control

  • Monitor food preparation to ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Conduct regular checks on portioning, cooking standards, and plating.
  • Address and resolve any food quality issues promptly.

4. Customer Service Excellence

  • Oversee table service to ensure customers receive fast, friendly, and professional service.
  • Handle customer complaints efficiently and courteously.
  • Maintain a strong presence on the floor during peak hours.

5. Sales & Reporting

  • Monitor sales trends and daily sales reports.
  • Work closely with management to implement upselling strategies and promotions.
  • Assist in inventory control, ordering supplies, and minimizing wastage.

6. SOP Compliance

  • Enforce all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments.
  • Ensure staff discipline, punctuality, and adherence to uniform standards.

7. Stocking & Inventory

  • Responsible for daily food and raw material stocking to ensure sufficient supply for cooking and operations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and kitchen team for stock planning and receiving.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in F&B operations or a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of kitchen and front-of-house operations is essential.
  • Able to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts.
