Admin Assistant (Mid Valley The Boulevard)

**What You’ll Do:**
- Perform day-to-day administrative and accounting support tasks.
- Handle data entry, and prepare documents such as Delivery Orders, Purchase Orders, and Invoices.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding sales delivery and accounting matters.
- Maintain and update internal records, filing systems, and documentation.
- Assist with inventory reports and monthly stock counts.
- Monitor and manage office supply levels (e.g., stationery).
- Support general operations and perform any tasks as assigned by management.
**Who We're Looking For:**
- Positive, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Able to work independently while being a strong team player.
- Fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 1 year of experience in administration or accounting will be prioritised.
