
HR Assistant Cum Admin
Human Resource Support - Assist in payroll processing, leave tracking, and recruitment coordination - Support the submission and payment of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, HRDF) - Maintain proper employee records and assist in onboarding/offboarding processes - Prepare HR-related letters, documents, and handle employee communications - Assist in employee welfare, training coordination, and internal HR matters Administrative Support - Handle general office administrative duties including inventory, supplies, and equipment - Maintain records related to staff office space, phones, parking, and company assets - Coordinate filing, documentation, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations - Assist in scheduling meetings and supporting management with admin needs - Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior or management
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR Assistant cum admin to support our day-to-day human resources and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will assist in payroll, employee records, office coordination, and various HR-related tasks. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply — training will be provided
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in English and Malay (Mandarin is an added advantage)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
- Able to handle confidential information professionally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
