- Build and maintain a database of prospective leads for the sales team

- Track and monitor market trends, client feedback, and competitor activities
- Assist the sales team by providing up-to-date client data and market intelligence
- Make follow-up calls to ensure client interest and gather additional information if needed

- Develop a strong understanding of our target market
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to support their outreach efforts

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales calling, lead generation, or telemarketing preferred
- Good research skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment
- Must be able to converse in English, Mandarin or Cantonese.
