  • Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless processes.
  • Minimum education is Secondary School

  • Able to converse in Mandarin
  • Proven experience in an administrative or logistics role is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
