SCOPE OF WORKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES a. To attend to administrative duties, documentation, daily reports preparation b. To prepare logistics documentation and process c. Act as the liaisons officer between the company and external parties. d. Other related job as assigned by the management for internal improvement Administrative assistants perform administrative and office support for supervisors. They perform a variety of tasks, such as answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, ordering office supplies, maintaining the office facilities running smoothly, and ensuring that equipment and appliances work properly. Assist in daily operation of the office. - Handling admin and clerical task. - Responsible for delivery note, invoice, and do matching accordingly. - Responsible for sales order confirmation to ensure the info received is accurately and correctly recorded. - Perform data entry and maintain relevant records/documents. - To Liaise with Supplier and sourcing material. (STORE) - Receiving, unpacking, quantity and quality inspection, labelling, put-away and data entry for goods receipts. - Checking and updating stock inventory in the store. - Ensure all activities recorded and timely data entry update into system. - Monitor weekly stock issued from store and item need to re-order. - Assist in any ad-hoc tasks, as and when is assigned by immediate superior. Job Requirements: - Hardworking & responsibilities and teamwork. - Ability to communicate with all levels of staff within the organization. - Experience working in a Warehouse environment would be an advantage. - Responsible, discipline & able follow superior instruction - With or without working experience. Training will be provided. - Experience in dealing with Telekom Malaysia related to store would be an advantage. - Full-Time, Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
