
Senior Executive, Credit Management
- Verify the distributions of Accountable Documents in accordance to Malaysia Airlines' Accountable Document Policy.
- Undertake strategic and process improvement initiatives to support continuous improvement i.e. Implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Participate & coordinate regular meetings or conference calls with Business Units, debtors other internal/external units in order to resolve any issues.
- Review and analyse the monthly Accounts Receivables (AR) reports on a timely basis.
- Monitor the creation and maintenance of master data for AR are properly approved in accordance to Group Credit Collection Policy.
- Review and monitor the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for each unit under Credit Management.
- Supervise and support staffs within the team including guidance for problem solving and coaching.
- Address all external and internal audit issues and ensure audit gaps are closed within the specified time frame.
Qualifications & Working Experience Degree in Accounting/ Finance or professional qualification (ACCA, ICAEW, CPA, MIA, etc.) with 4-5 years working experience in Accounting and/ or Finance or in the related field. Skills & Knowledge
