Job Responsibilities: - To support day to day operations of the HR Department. - Attend to all HR official correspondences (letter of appointment, confirmation letter, show cause letter, warning letter, termination letter and others) - Organize administrative tasks that facilitate the smooth operations. - Assist in the development and implementation of HR related policies and procedures. - Attending to employee leave management which include overall employee’s attendance, monitoring and manage leave record. - Responsible for monthly payroll processing and other related matters. - Maintain employee records, office management and administrative. - Handle full recruitment process, including formulating job descriptions, initial screening of candidates and coordinating the end-to-end interview process. - Monitoring on HRDC grant matters such as HRDC grant application, claim status and others. - Prepare and present monthly reports on HR. Requirements: - Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent Well versed in the Employment Act 1955 - Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all employee issues and concerns - Ability to independently handle multiple project and deadline and be flexible to help cover other HR issue as they arise - Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia - Required Skill(s) – Computer literacy - MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, - Able to start in short notice period is an added advantage. - Applicants must be willing to be based in Batu Kawan, Penang.
