ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Ensure that all subordinates achieve their monthly KPIs. • Track subordinates' achievements on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. • Oversee new outlet openings. • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) control within the assigned territory. • Work according to the Monthly Work Plan. • Ensure daily coverage of all routes. • Coordinate and communicate stock availability and reconcile timely deliveries with the Warehouse. • Handle customer calls for orders and complaints. • Provide routing support and maintain accurate records. • Ensure that selling tools and point-of-purchase materials are available for agents or depots. • Coordinate the completion of identified resets, special events, and equipment deliveries. • Monitor attendance, leave, and sick days of subordinates. • Coach and mentor both existing and newly joined subordinates. • Ensure the attainment of monthly and quarterly targets in terms of cases and revenue. REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field. • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales management, preferably handling wholesalers in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company. • Strong analytical skills, with excellent negotiation and presentation abilities. • Self-motivated and result-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills. • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. • Computer literate, with experience in Microsoft Windows applications. • Must possess own transport
