- Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide product information and nutritional advice, aiming to drive brand conversion and customer retention.
- Document all interactions with customers accurately and maintain detailed call records.
- Perform data entry and ensure proper maintenance of customer databases.
- Ensure excellent service quality is delivered in every customer interaction.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Managers to effectively communicate brand knowledge.
- Support additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor.

- Educational Background – Must possess at least SPM, Diploma/Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Nutrition/Dietetics, Nursing, Medical Science, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, or any equivalent field.
- Experience – Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field is required.
- Fresh Graduates – Encouraged to apply! Full training is provided.
- Role Level – Preferably Junior Executives with a focus in Customer Service or related disciplines.
- Language Proficiency – Must be able to communicate fluently in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Experience – Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field is required.
- Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm (Monday – Friday)
