Main Purpose of the Job Maintenance technician is responsible for performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks in WT Wire Mesh. This includes general repairs, painting, plumbing, firefighting system, air-conditioner, electrical work and other related duties. This role requires an individual who can handle multiple maintenance tasks and ensure that the facility remains functional, safe and in good condition. Roles and Responsibilities • Perform general repairs and maintenance on factory equipment, machinery and facility structures. • Repair and replace essential parts to maintain safety and functionality including Firefighting system. • Handle plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing faucets or pipes. • Conduct electrical repairs including troubleshooting outlets, light fixtures and circuit issues. • Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on factory machinery and tools to reduce downtime. • Identify potential issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs to extend equipment life. • Assemble or install new machinery, tools, devices or office equipment as needed. • Assist in setting up workstations to support production needs. • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and regulatory standards. • Regular maintenance of inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies for maintenance activities. • Able to fabricate products and material such as cutting, painting and grinding if required. • Helping and responsible on ISO 9001: 2015 by maintaining and updating the Document that required prior Auditing. • Any other duties assigned by SUPERIOR or such other management personnel designated by the company from time to time.
