Senior Barista

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and passionate Senior Barista to lead beverage preparation, maintain product quality, and guide junior baristas. You will be the go-to person behind the bar for ensuring smooth operations, excellent coffee, and top-tier customer service. Key Responsibilities: Coffee & Beverage Preparation Prepare high-quality coffee and other beverages consistently according to café standards Calibrate and maintain coffee machines and grinders daily Create latte art and handle custom orders with care Training & Leadership Guide, mentor, and train junior baristas and new hires Maintain a positive work environment and promote teamwork Lead by example during busy hours and ensure smooth bar workflow Bar Maintenance & Hygiene Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times Perform opening and closing duties according to the checklist Monitor stock levels for coffee beans, milk, syrups, and supplies Customer Service Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging service Handle customer feedback or complaints politely and efficiently Build rapport with regulars and promote upselling when appropriate
