What you'll be doing -Preparing and processing accounts payable and accounts receivable -Monthly payroll processing and statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB) -Ensure salary payments made on time and accurately -Reconciling company bank statements with internal records -Ensure that all transactions are accounted for and discrepancies resolved -Prepare weekly accounting records -Liaise with auditors and government agencies when needed -Prepare documents for SST (Sales and Service Tax), corporate tax, and other statutory requirements -Manage outgoing payments to suppliers and service providers -Prepare payment vouchers, issue invoices and track payments from customers -Handle journal entries, accruals, general ledger and adjustments. -Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports -Performing data entry and other administrative duties related to finance -Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies What we're looking for -Diploma in Accounting or Finance -Minimum 2 years of experience as a Finance Executive or similar role -Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting -Able to use accounting softwares like Million Accounting Software and Microsoft Office applications -Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Good communication and interpersonal skills
