KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and analysis to support growth and profitability. Ensure financial statements are accurate and meet accounting standards. Manage cash flow, improve working capital, and prepare Profit and Loss statements and Balance Sheets while managing financial risks. Lead and support a strong finance team, work with other departments, and collaborate with the company secretary and auditors. Provide useful financial insights and recommendations to senior management. Improve financial processes, ensure timely client payments, attend meetings with clients, bankers, and regional offices, and enhance reporting systems and controls. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance. Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting. Strong leadership, communication, and financial analysis skills.
