Operator

Job Purpose: We are seeking a skilled and dependable Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and operating equipment or machinery efficiently and safely, ensuring that production or operational goals are met. Key Responsibilities: • Operate machinery or equipment according to established procedures. • Monitor operational processes and ensure quality standards are met. • Perform routine checks and maintenance on equipment. • Identify and troubleshoot operational issues in a timely manner. • Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies. • Maintain accurate records of production or operational activities. • Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and productivity. Qualifications: • SPM, High school diploma or equivalent. • Experience in machinery operation or a similar role preferred. • Proficiency in welding and strong mechanical skills. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Ability to follow instructions and work independently. • Knowledge of workplace safety practices.
