  • Prepare a master construction program for the entire project
  • Check design by consultants for discrepancy
  • Check master approve sample list
  • Monitor and ensure construction processes are carried out in accordance to clients’ requirement and meet the required standards (benchmark @ sample units)
  • Ensure department objective and procedures are established, reviewed and implemented
  • Monitor and ensure construction progress are ahead/on time in accordance to master construction program
  • Provide recommendation and proposal for client’s representative to comment or for approval
  • Review all site memos and take appropriate action
  • Attend meeting to advice on engineering or technical aspect
  • Prepare minutes of meeting
  • Initiate meeting and training of site staffs
  • Update progress report (fortnightly)

    Undertake any other tasks assigned by GM and Director

  • Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
  • Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
  • Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
  • Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.
  • Business-minded where applicable with entrepreneurship skill to ensure business success.
  • Have strong knowledge of applicable system automation, business solution softwares.
