Supervisor (Food & Beverage Industry)

Responsibilities : -Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of both front-of-house and back-of-house areas to ensure seamless service delivery. -Ensure all team members adhere to established standard operating procedures and uphold the highest standards of service quality. -Monitor food and beverage service to guarantee consistency, presentation, and excellence in guest experience. -Provide hands-on support during peak service periods, setting a positive example and fostering a culture of teamwork and professionalism. -Address and resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly, professionally, and in alignment with company service standards. -Assist in the recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation of staff to build a competent and motivated team. -Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stock control, and supply coordination to ensure operational efficiency and cost control. Requirements : -Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field is preferred. -Additional certifications in Food Safety, Hygiene, or First Aid are considered an asset. -Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role within the Food & Beverage or broader hospitality industry. -Exceptional leadership abilities with strong interpersonal and team management skills. -Comprehensive understanding of food safety regulations, hygiene practices, and industry quality standards. -Outstanding customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. -Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software. -Willingness and flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by business needs. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
