ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Achieving Company Targets & Strategic Goals • Assist in achieving the company’s targets and strategic objectives. • Oversee machine installations and ensure successful implementation. • Minimize poor-performing sales locations and optimize location fees. • Ensure sales collection aligns with benchmarks. • Conduct sales forecasting, including machine quantity, models, market segments, geographical areas, and competitor analysis. • Assist in determining pricing schedules, promotions, and negotiations. Sales & Location Assessment • Schedule appointments with the person in charge (PIC). • Conduct site visits upon approval and present the vending machine (VM) proposal, including benefits and usage. • Engage with PIC to finalize VM installation details, including utility point coordination with the technical team and agreement clause sharing. • Convince clients if the initial approval is not granted. • Update the manager through a location survey form for discussion and approval, including key details such as total headcount and competitor presence. • Participate in weekly discussions with the group manager to review target achievements and prepare for machine deliveries, recalls, or exchanges. • Submit a three-month sales forecast via an Outlook file on a monthly basis. Agreement Preparation & Contract Management • Upon customer approval, generate a reference number in the agreement reference file (Excel) using a running reference number system. • Prepare the agreement, including details such as reference number, client address, number of vending machines, VM models, product list, pricing, and terms. • Obtain the Branch Manager’s signature before submitting the contract to the customer. • Meet with the PIC for contract signing, confirm the vending machine delivery date, and finalize utility arrangements. • Submit the signed agreement from both parties to the Admin Department for proper filing. Delivery Process & Installation • Prepare the Vending Machine Delivery Order (DO) Support (Jobsheet) form, obtain approvals/signatures from the Branch Manager and Operations Manager, and hand over the form to the workshop at least seven days before installation. • Coordinate with the customer, technical team, transport team, workshop team, and operations team to ensure a smooth installation process. • Obtain customer signatures on the delivery order form upon receipt of the vending machine and return the document to the Admin Department for filing. Post-Delivery Customer Support & Relationship Management • Follow up with customers regarding vending machine quality and resolve any issues. • Meet with at least five existing customers weekly to maintain strong relationships and gather feedback through a customer survey (CSI form) to improve service and address complaints or requests. • Provide clients with sales history updates and recommend appropriate actions, such as relocating, downgrading, recalling low-sales machines, or adding machines for high-demand areas. • Follow up on customer payments, including subsidies and rental fees. • Monitor tabletop orders and payments. • Regularly update customers on product proposals, stock availability, and pricing. • Inform customers about price increases, new product launches, and service changes via official email memos. Performance Metrics & Target Achievement • Achieve the targeted number of vending machine installations. • Optimize location fees by minimizing poor-performing sales locations. • Ensure new machine installations align with item sales benchmarks. • Maximize high-quality machine placements for optimal performance. REQUIREMENTS • Diploma or higher qualification with a minimum of 5 years of experience. • Strong customer service and communication skills; additional languages are an advantage. • Ability to travel at any time. • High level of integrity in handling confidential information. • Team player with resilience, confidence, and an entrepreneurial mindset
