Job Description:
We are seeking passionate individuals to join our Grab Call Centre support team. The role involves handling incoming calls from customers and drivers in Malay and English, providing accurate information, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer calls related to Grab rides, payments, or account matters
Provide step-by-step guidance or troubleshooting assistance
Ensure a positive experience for every caller
Escalate unresolved issues appropriately
Meet service standards and call quality expectations
Requirements:
Fluent in Malay and English (spoken and written)
Min SPM or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Able to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Prior experience in a call center is an added advantage
