Requirements:

  • Fluent in Malay and English (spoken and written)

  • Min SPM or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Able to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

  • Prior experience in a call center is an added advantage
