Job Description - Assist in handling daily financial operations, including accounting transactions, reconciliations and financial record keeping. * Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements. - Manage accounts payable functions, including processing various forms of payments within the timeline and ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded & recorded promptly. - Manage accounts receivable functions, including daily updates collection review monthly aging, and issuance of invoices. - Able to handle full set of accounts including account payable, account receivable, and general ledger in a timely manner. - To perform balances reconciliation. - Perform in the preparation of audit/ tax schedules for year-end statutory audit, tax computation service, tax submission, and liaise with tax agents, auditors & bankers.. - To undertake any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior or management from time to time. - Manage administrative tasks including filing, document organisation and general office upkeep. - To undertake all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior / management.
