About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Clerk to join our team at Shang Agro. This is a full-time position (IMMEDIATE VACANCY) where you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records and ensuring accurate bookkeeping.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and other financial documents
  • Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Providing administrative support to the accounting team as needed

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience as an Accounts Clerk or in a similar role
  • Experience in doing full set accounts & tax filing
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numeracy skills
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
