  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB POSITION: PRECISION SURFACE PROGRAMMER EXPERT LASER AUTOMATION ENGINEERING SDN BHD seeks a PRECISION SURFACE PROGRAMMER EXPERT to help design test our planned upcoming projects with crate dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s name • Develop CNC programs for precision surface grinding, ensuring tight tolerances and optimal surface finish • Program multi-axis CNC grinders for high-precision grinding operations • Utilize advanced CNC G-codes for surface grinding to control wheel paths, feed rates, and depths • Use CNC simulation software to validate programs and prevent potential errors in complex shapes • Create programs for step grinding, plunge grinding, profile grinding, and form grinding. • Use G-code and conversational programming on advanced CNC surface grinding machines. • Use CAM software to generate precise toolpaths for surface grinding • Develop and integrate CNC programs with CAM-generated toolpaths to enhance machining efficiency and accuracy. • Optimize post-processing from CAM systems to ensure compatibility with CNC surface grinder • Program high-speed surface grinding processes for faster material removal while maintaining precision • Optimize spindle speeds and feed rates for high-speed grinding without sacrificing part quality • Utilize vibration damping techniques to enhance precision during high-speed operations • Use precision measurement tools to monitor and verify surface finishes • Integrate surface finish measurement systems into the CNC program to monitor and adjust the grinding process • Use grinding simulation software to model and validate tool paths and grinding strategies before implementation • Develop and implement high-efficiency cutting strategies for precision surface grinding • Program for optimum material removal rates while maintaining surface quality • Use step grinding for material removal in multi-pass surface grinding processes • Ensure grinding machines are calibrated and aligned properly, reducing the risk of part defects • Develop preventive maintenance schedules for grinding tools, coolants, and CNC system Requirement: Min 5 years’ experience in PRECISION SURFACE PROGRAMME Proficiency in CNC programming languages Advanced skills in using CAM software In-depth knowledge of machine tool control systems Familiarity with machine calibration and alignment procedures Ability to perform preventive maintenance on CNC grinding machines
