DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER

Support the General Manager or executive leadership in planning, developing, and implementing company strategies and projects Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure alignment with organizational goals and performance targets Assist in formulating marketing and sales strategies and contribute to financial forecasting and budgeting Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and ensure timely completion of deliverables Coordinate with department heads, supervisors, and project teams to manage operational efficiency Review reports, performance metrics, and business operations to recommend improvements Supervise staff performance and provide leadership to maintain high-quality output and team motivation Liaise with contractors, consultants, and service providers to ensure compliance with contracts and service quality Evaluate and ensure operational procedures and legal compliance in coordination with internal legal teams Contribute to strategic decision-making and represent the organization in executive meetings when required
