Currently, we are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join us. Apply now! Responsibilities : -Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets including restaurants, bars, lounges, banquets, and room service. -Ensure high standards of quality, service, and guest satisfaction are consistently met. -Develop and implement innovative menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef and culinary team. -Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food and beverage costs. -Recruit, train, and supervise food and beverage staff; promote a culture of learning and service excellence. -Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards and all local regulations. -Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally. -Analyze sales and financial performance; create reports and recommend improvements. -Work closely with other departments including Events, Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Marketing to coordinate services and promotions. -Plan and execute special events, promotions, and seasonal offerings to drive revenue and customer engagement. Requirements : -Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred. -Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role (minimum 3–5 years). -Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, service techniques, and menu engineering. -Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. -Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. -Proficient in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and budgeting tools. -ServSafe or relevant food safety certification is an advantage. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
