Accounts Executive (Healthcare and Aesthetics Company)

Job Description - Handle full set of accounts, including GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliation. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review. - Ensure timely closing of accounts and compliance with financial regulations. - Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to optimize financial performance. - Manage multi-branch financials, consolidating accounts across various locations. - Handle inventory accounting, cost control, and variance analysis. - Track sales reconciliation across different payment methods (cash, credit card, e-wallets). - Work closely with the operations team to ensure accurate revenue and expense tracking. - Prepare and submit GST/SST and corporate tax filings in compliance with local regulations. - Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders as required. - Process Improvement & System Management - Maintain accounting systems and ensure accuracy in financial records. - Identify and implement efficiency improvements in financial workflows. Job Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - ACCA certification is a plus. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience handling full set accounts, preferably in retail/FMCG - Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SQL, SAP, AutoCount, Xero, or similar). - Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred (to liaise with suppliers and stakeholders). - Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
