Responsibilities : -Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. -Present menus, provide detailed information on menu items, and offer recommendations when appropriate. -Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen; -Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner. -Monitor guest needs and proactively address any requests or issues. -Ensure tables are properly set, cleaned, and re-set after each guest. -Process billing and payments accurately through the POS system. -Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area in accordance with health and safety regulations. Requirements : -At least 1 years of experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. -Ability to work well in a team and under pressure in a fast-paced environment. -Neat and professional appearance. -Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software. -Willingness and flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by business needs. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
