  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Employment Type: Contract Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Channel: Modern Trade (International Key Accounts [IKA] and Local Key Accounts [LKA]) Job Location / Coverage Area: Central Region: Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, and Negeri Sembilan Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated Contract Regional Sales Executive (RSE) to manage and drive sales performance within the Central Region for Modern Trade channels. The RSE will be responsible for implementing and monitoring business plans to achieve sales targets across key accounts, including hypermarkets and local chain supermarkets. This role will also lead the regional operations team, including SMRs and Merchandisers, to ensure effective execution of HQ promotional plans. Key Responsibilities: Implement and monitor sales and promotional plans in Modern Trade accounts. Drive the achievement of sales KPIs within the assigned territory. Manage key account relationships, including hypermarkets and local supermarket chains. Lead and supervise the regional operations team, including Sales Market Representatives (SMRs) and Merchandisers. Ensure excellent execution of HQ-planned promotions at store level. Collaborate with internal teams to support sales growth and resolve operational challenges. Analyze sales data and prepare reports on performance and market trends. Requirements: Proven experience in sales or key account management, preferably in the FMCG/Modern Trade sector. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage field teams effectively. Willing to travel across the Central Region (Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Negeri Sembilan). Possess own transport (car). Contract Package: Basic Salary: RM 6,000 – RM 7,000 Car Allowance: RM 850 Petrol Claim: Up to RM 600/month Phone Claim: Up to RM 150/month Parking & Toll: Up to RM 250 (claimable) Medical Claim: RM 720/year Sales Incentive: Up to RM 2,000/month (subject to target achievement)
