• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services. • Manage multiple areas of technology and multiple departments. • Preparation and management of operating and capital budgets. • Manage internal/external application upgrades. • Manage external vendor’s relationships and services. • Complete all assigned tasks within given time frame, task includes on-site and off-site mechanical and electrical & Software/Hardware work. Especially during critical time, e.g. deployment period, able to work and response even after Service Operation hours and/or weekend and public holiday whenever required. • Must be fast responding to support and attending to the case after call, email or instruction received. • Able to explain the cause of certain problem arises and able to explain the reason of the solution applied either permanently or temporarily. • Working closely with either internal technical/software team or external clients/user for tackling of support task reported in order to get the problem solved. • To ensure all related operations activities are performed in compliance with company standards, processes, regulations and procedures. • Any other duties as and when deemed necessary. • Travelling requires
