What You Will Do • The successful candidate will take responsibility for the creation and management of commercial and operational communications campaigns in support of Swift’s strategic goals. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their objectives and communication needs, adapting strategies for diverse market segments. • Build accurate customer contact lists, ensuring high-quality data management and segmentation. • Ensure clear and error-free communications by meticulously reviewing them. • Build and send out communications campaigns. • Create post-mailing analytics and analyze key metrics like bounce rate, click rate, delivery rate to measure campaign effectiveness, ensuring data-driven decision-making. • Support the team with content creation and management of digital marketing channels, such as Swift.com, ensuring continuous engagement with global audience. Who You Are • A seasoned communications professional with at least 3 years of experience in a multicultural environment, ideally with global or regional experience. • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field. Skills and Qualities Hard Skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt messaging across different cultural contexts. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data management and analysis. • Competent in platforms specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce (Pardot) Account Engagement, and other CRM tools used in global communications.
