- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to increase GMV across key platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, AOV, etc.) to identify areas of improvement and growth.
- Optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and bundling strategies to maximize visibility and sales.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to plan and run high-converting campaigns and sales events.
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including product uploads, order processing, and customer engagement.
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the brand remains competitive.
- Track campaign results and provide actionable insights to improve future performance.
- Work closely with the warehouse/logistics team to ensure stock availability and efficient fulfillment.
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations (experience with beauty or FMCG brands is a plus)
- Familiar with major e-commerce platform tools and algorithms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.)
- Proficient in using Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and performance metrics
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Self-driven, responsible, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Mandarin or Bahasa Melayu is a plus
