The CSR will act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and providing solutions in a professional and friendly manner. Key Responsibilities :- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about services, pricing, policies, and procedures. Resolve customer issues by investigating and troubleshooting problems, offering appropriate solutions, and ensuring follow-up as needed. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the system. Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints effectively and escalate to higher management when necessary. Follow company policies and guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist in training new team members on system process and customer service best practices. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement. Skills and Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred). Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in [industry-specific field, if applicable]. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to convey information clearly and professionally. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify problems, think critically, and find effective solutions. Technical Skills: Proficient in using customer service software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite (or specific software tools). Interpersonal Skills: Strong listening skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
