Job Title: Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager Location: HQ Reporting To: Sales & Marketing Manager Start Date: By end of June 2025 Job Summary: We are looking for a highly detailed, proactive, and resourceful Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager to support our Head of Sales & Marketing in all matters related to documentation, reporting, presentations, and project oversight. This role requires someone who can act as a reliable right-hand support and serve as a go-to person in the manager’s absence. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a flair for organization, and a creative mindset with a passion for nature. Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and key sales and marketing documents. Maintain an overview of ongoing marketing and sales initiatives and ensure smooth coordination. Provide administrative and strategic support to the Head of Sales & Marketing. Step in as the primary contact point during the manager’s absence. Manage and coordinate multiple marketing and sales projects simultaneously. Support customer engagement strategies with a strong customer-centric approach. Draft and design engaging presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint or equivalent tools. Contribute ideas and assist in digital and social media marketing campaigns. Analyze basic marketing and sales data to assist with reporting and decision-making. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive campaign success. Requirements: 4–6 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing roles. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to multitask and manage several projects with competing deadlines. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Flexibility in working hours as needed to support business activities. Creative thinker with an interest in nature and the environment. Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
