OPERATION EXECUTIVE

1) Ensure the production complies with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain product quality and regulatory compliance. 2) Ensure production processes adhere to GMP standards and local authority regulations, including necessary documentation and operational checks. 3) Oversee and ensure reprocessing of batches is executed correctly, following approved procedures and minimizing errors. 4) Prepare and regularly update necessary production documents, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), reports, and checklists to ensure smooth operations. 5) Maintain and update Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Bill of Materials (BOM) to reflect accurate production details. 6) Generate and submit weekly, monthly, and yearly production reports for management review, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. 7) Ensure the timely completion of Batch Manufacturing Records and coordinate their handover to the Quality Assurance (QA) team for verification. 10) Ensure proper workforce management to optimize operational efficiency, productivity, and staff utilization. 11) Verify service reports for maintenance personnel, ensuring that repair and servicing tasks are assigned based on priority and completed accurately. 12) Regularly inspect and monitor machinery status, cleanliness, and calibration to ensure uninterrupted production processes. 13) Provide recommendations on: a. Utilization of production blocks to enhance operational space efficiency. b. Optimal workforce allocation to meet production demands. c. Weekly production scheduling and reporting to track progress and productivity. d. Ensuring that all products meet defined quality and efficiency standards. 14) Enforce workplace safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations for production operators. 15) Plan, schedule, and monitor staff training programs to enhance skills, GMP knowledge, and operational efficiency.
