Manage a mix development (Residential and Commercial) Property in Johor Bahru Responsibilities: • Collect and track monthly maintenance and sinking fund fees from parcel owners • Conducted AGM/EGM • To handle high end residents • Monitor and administrate all payments related to JMB/MC's bank account (insurance, property taxes, 3rd party suppliers, administrative outgoings) • Maintain proper electronic and physical financial and administrative records • Liase with all 3rd party service providers for security, cleaning, landscaping, pest control, IT equipment and software • Liase with local authorities for inspections and licensing (lifts, genset, firefighting system) • Conduct and coordinate physical maintenance of building structure and equipment (swimming pool, lifts, genset, plumbing and water supply, telecommunications equipment, CCTV, Astro, fittings and furniture) with visiting technicians and 3rd party suppliers • Attend to complaints and requests by tenants and parcel owners
