Human Resource Management  Manage full cycle end-to-end of recruitment process, includes job posting, screening of resume, coordinating of interviews and source complex search by best recruitment practices with headhunters for niche roles.  Provide regular hiring and turnover reporting on weekly basis  Conduct new staff orientation program by ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding process includes the setup of necessary resources and documentation  Responsible for ISO documentation and employee training records by identifying, conducting annual training need analysis and organizing training, teambuilding activities and recognition programs to boost employees’ morale.  Addressing employee grievances by collaborating with managers to resolve workplace disputes by ensuring harmonious workplace.  Manage and monitor employee performance and yearly appraisal process by providing coaching and guidance.  Conducts HR audits to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations relates to safety and health.  Oversee end-to-end payroll processing by managing employees leave, overtime, attendance, allowance and deductions align with law and company regulations.  Maintain proper employees records by ensure all data are promptly updated and kept with highest level of confidential.  Managing multiple and complex HR metrics report timely Administrative Management  Establish and maintain organize documentation control processes to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of information.  Managing procurement processes within admin department for company  Manage travel agent, hotels, office dispatch and other vendors/contractors under the purview of administrative with aim to achieve work and cost efficiency.  Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, include supplies, office equipment well maintained include contract renewal and liaison with building/facility team.  Ensure and keep track all business licenses, permits not limited for insurance by ensure timely renewal and compliance.  Generate periodic administrative and operation reports for management review.  Ensure all payment and reporting to local authorities such as EPF, HRDF, SOCSO, JTK, Immigration, etc timely submitted. Job Requirement  Degree in Business Admin or HR  3-5 years of solid HR/Admin experience particularly in recruitment activities  Cheerful and Meticulous with proficient in Microsoft applications extensively  Excellent multitasking skills with ability to prioritize work  Proficient in English/Bahasa Malaysia both written/speak is mandatory. Able to speak in Korean will be advantage.  Eye for details with able to work in minimum supervision and keep confidentiality.
