  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant – Data Migration to join our dynamic SAP implementation team. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless and accurate transfer of data from legacy systems to the SAP environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes using SAP tools, along with strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute end-to-end data migration activities across SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM). Analyze legacy systems and data sources to develop data mapping and transformation rules. Design and implement data migration strategies using SAP Data Services (BODS), LTMC, LSMW, BAPIs, or other relevant tools. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to identify data cleansing requirements. Develop and maintain data load programs/scripts and documentation. Conduct unit testing, mock loads, and final cutover data loads to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Support data validation with business stakeholders and resolve data quality issues. Monitor and troubleshoot data load errors and performance issues. Ensure adherence to data governance standards and compliance requirements. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 4–6 years of experience in SAP data migration projects. Strong hands-on experience with SAP migration tools (BODS, LSMW, LTMC, BAPIs, IDOCs). Proficiency in data analysis, cleansing, and transformation. Experience with S/4HANA data migration is a plus. Familiarity with data migration methodology (e.g., SAP Activate). Strong understanding of SAP data structures and integration points. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Nice to Have SAP certification in Data Migration or related modules. Industry-specific experience (e.g., manufacturing, retail, logistics). Knowledge of Master Data Governance (MDG). Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
