Job Description STRATEGIC Coordinate TEAM-GP Learning Schedule, conduct training, evaluate and assess outlet technicians’ capability on TEAM-GP to achieve training & certification target and execute projects/initiatives related to Service Technical Training as agreed in accordance to company Hoshin Kanri. OPERATIONAL Prepare and carry out TEAM-GP training activities (involving theory & practical) to technicians from outlets based on confirmed list of technicians. Coordinate evaluate/assessment, generate & analyze result on each technician. Update technician’s performance to TMC for certification. Prepare and carry out TTEP yearly activity. To be involved in Service Technical Training projects/initiatives such as Toyota Skills Contest, New Model Training etc. as set during HK or early year activity planning. ACCOUNTABILITIESa. TEAM-GP Coordinate TEAM-GP Briefing session to MCSO (Manager Customer Service Operations). Prepare TEAM-GP Simple Operation Guidelines for outlets. Obtain latest outlet technicians list to be registered in TEAM-GP. (Including Skills Check Evaluator candidates) Register / identify technicians’ TEAM-GP level via Certification Management Center (CMC) System. Segregate and distribute Technicians’ ID according to individual outlets. Plan and allocate technician’s learning progress according to the certification level and time. Monitor technician’s learning progress via TEAM-GP Portal. Update technician progress report to TMC (Toyota Motor Corporation) for certification. Prepare Briefing Slides for Training Program. Liaise with TMC’s TEAM-GP PIC for any inquiries and concerns. Conduct Training Program as per Yearly Training Calendar Update Technicians Assessment Result in TEAM-GP after conducting training Analyze Technicians’ Weakness from the Assessment Result Plan Technicians’ Development for the future years. Attend Train The Trainer Program whenever necessary TTEP (Toyota Technical Education Program) Plan and prepare 1-year T-TEP activity plan for all TTEP Institutes as per agreed by management. Communicate and confirm the T-TEP plan in accordance to T-TEP institutional academic calendar. Plan and purchase T-TEP students Giveaway items during TTEP activities. Plan, communicate with T-TEP institutes and conduct Awareness Talk to new intake students twice a year. Update Awareness Talk Slides and prepare all the necessary Giveaway items. Compile T-TEP potential students name list. Identify and communicate with the potential Service Outlets for TWE program. Supply list name of potential OJT candidates to the outlets. Receive reply and communicate back to institutes. Confirm the final students’ turn-up during TWE and during completion of TWE, to confirm the final student recruited by outlets. Prepare report on TWE intake and recruitment rate performance. Follow-up, analyze and summarize TWE Evaluation Form and feedback to institutes for further action. Update, prepare and finalized TTEP activity report to TMC. This include Annual T-TEP activity amount forecast report; T-TEP Annual Activity plan report and T-TEP Reimbursement Report. Conduct Train the Trainer program to TTEP Instructors / Coach and assess TTEP Instructors during TEAM21 Modules Delivery or New Technology sharing or New T-TEP Equipment Training (as and when available). Check / Evaluate Training Aid/Materials condition at T-TEP institutes. Plan, prepare and conduct T-TEP Forum to update progress and latest information sharing with T-TEP Institutes. Cross-function support New Model Service Simulation: Conduct & prepare Service Worksteps & Takt Time report Toyota Skills Contest: Execute duties or tasks as designated by the organizer Training Vehicles Loaning Coordination Training Rooms Loaning Coordination Job Requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Automotive Management, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
