  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

To assist SHO (SHE Department) in coordinating with Safety and Health Committees; 3. To assist BUH and operation to conduct the meeting and inspection as required under OSHA; 4. To prepare and submit any required reports under statutory law (whenever necessary) -DOSH/DOE; 5. To prepare and submit report to SHO or Business Unit Head (whenever necessary); 6. To carry out any accident or incident investigation with SHO, and make recommendation for improvement; 7. To carry out regular SHE Audit/Inspection (Quarterly/Annually); 8. To assist SHO in planning and conducting SHE internal and external training programs 9. To attend DOSH/DOE/BOMBA inspection/visit/audit together with SHO or SHE committee; 10. To prepare and attend the Factory Meeting together with SHO (if necessary) 11. To prepare the monthly Mendix SHE KPI Data and submit to SHE-Energy Dept (Thailand based) 12. To cooperate with SHO in any SHE programs whenever necessary
