The Service Technical will inspect, diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as perform regular preventative maintenance on machines. They will also be responsible for identifying process improvements, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to other personnel. Roles & Responsibilities : 1. Repairs - Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions, electrical issues, plumbing problems, and mechanical failures promptly to minimize downtime. 2. Repairs - Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components such as motors, heating elements, sensors, valves, and electrical wiring 3. Preventive Maintenance - Develop and follow a scheduled maintenance plan for all equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan. 4. Preventive Maintenance - Conduct routine inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and calibration of equipment components. 5. Preventive Maintenance - Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements. 6. Installations - Assist in the installation of new equipment, ensuring proper setup and functionality. 7. Troubleshooting - Investigate and identify the root causes of equipment issues and determine the best course of action for repair or replacement. 8. Safety Compliance - Ensure that all equipment meets safety and health regulations and make necessary adjustments to maintain compliance. 9. Documentation - Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repair activities, including details of repairs performed, parts used, and any recommendations for future improvements. 10. Inventory Management - Keep track of spare parts, tools, and supplies needed for repairs, and ensure an adequate inventory is maintained. 11. Training - Provide guidance and training to customer on proper usage and care of equipment to prevent breakdowns and prolong equipment life. 12. Emergency Response - Respond quickly to emergency repair requests to minimize disruptions in F&B operations. Behavioral Competencies : 1.
