Job Responsibilities: • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget. • Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as needed to meet changing requirements. • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and issues. • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals and expectations. • Prepare, develop and presenting costing as well as solutions for potential customers / projects • Prepare and manage project budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses. • Manage communication between teams and stakeholders to facilitate project alignment • Identify and assess potential project challenges, devising proactive solutions to mitigate risks. • Work closely with team members & customer to understand their business needs and propose customized solutions. • Conduct project reviews and post-project evaluations to gather insights for future improvements. • Prepare and produce reports and presentations for management on project progress, outcomes, and lessons learned. • Involve in preparation and tracking of the Company’s budget & cost management • Perform any ad-hoc duties as required by HOD. Job Requirement: • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science/Engineering, Business Management, or a related field. • At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager, managing end-to-end project lifecycles. • Strong knowledge on project planning & scheduling • Excellent problem-solving & analytical thinking • Developing, implementing & monitoring cost & budget management • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and clients. • Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
